Scripture Revelation

We live in a fallen world where God is constantly trying to be removed, and because of this I have started this post it scripture revelation. We need to get God back into our world. I challenge you to post these scriptures on your Facebook wall, Instagram account, Twitter etc.. If you wanted to go old school you could even ( gasp) write them out on a post it and leave them on a train, in a cab, or even on public restroom mirror. The possibilities are endless! Go everywhere in the world and tell the good news to everyone. - Mark 16:15

Clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.
Colossians 3:12

I am the daughter of the one true king, but that is not the only hat that I wear. I am a wife, mother, cook, maid, taxi driver, friend, sister, teacher, blogger, babysitter, and the list could go on . Each one of these titles has its own "uniform". Some days I feel like am on a roller coaster, and not everyone gets the best ( enter in title) Elizabeth. I am hanging up those uniforms this week , and instead I am pulling out the  best robe in my closet. This robe was placed in my heart by God. Its pockets are full of all the things that he wants us to give to others.. compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.. Will you be wearing them this week?

If you can !?....

Picture yourself a tiny spec in a large crowd of arguing people. You are hot, tired, and waiting for a man they call Jesus to come down from the high mountains. Just as your about to turn away and start your walk home the crowd becomes quiet, and then you see him. Wonder, awe struck wonder overwhelms you, and you run to greet him. "What are you arguing about? He asked. A man from your town answers I brought you my son who is possessed by a spirit, and he can't speak. Whenever he seizes he is thrown to the ground, foams at the mouth, grinds his teeth, and becomes rigid. I asked your people to drive away the spirit but they could not.
Now, the bible only tells us what was said, not how the person was saying it. So, this next part makes me wonder.. Did Jesus throw his hands up in frustration? Did he hang his head with sadness? However he said it , it was apparent that we were just not getting IT!
"O unbelieving generation," Jesus replied,  "how long should I stay with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring the boy to me. Jesus then asked, " how long as the child been like this ?" The father replied, " Since childhood, but if you can do anything, take pity on us and help us. "If you can." replied Jesus  EVERYTHING is possible for him who believes.
Why as humans do we sometimes doubt? I know I am guilty sometimes of thinking that my earthy problems are too much of a burden for my God, and if I want to be brutally honest how many times have I picked up the phone to complain, or just talk to one of my girl friends about what is going on before I kneel ,and pray? ( More times than I like to admit) This week I challenge you to believe... If you can?! :)
